Objective

These Conditions are intended to define the modalities for the provision of services by the social-plus.com site and its Firefox, google Chrome or Safari 5 extension hereafter called "the Service" and the terms of use for the Service by the User.

Any access and/or use of the "Social Plus" extension implies acceptance of and compliance with all terms of these Conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They thus constitute an agreement between the Service and the User.

Should the User decide not to accept all or part of the present terms, he/she shall be asked to renounce any use of the Service.

Definitions

User: The User is any person using the Social Plus extension.

Service access

The Service is accessible free of charge to all Users with internet access.
All costs pertaining to Service access whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are the exclusive responsibility of the User. The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his/her computer hardware and internet access.

Social Plus reserves the right to refuse Service access unilaterally and without prior notification to any User who fails to respect the present terms of use.

Web-Creation implements all reasonable means at its disposal to assure quality access to its Service, but is under no obligation to do so.

Web-Creation cannot be held responsible for any network or server malfunction or any other event beyond its control, which would prevent or degrade Service access.

Web-Creation reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify access to all or part of the Service without prior notice in order to carry out maintenance, or for any other reason. Such interruptions confer no right to obligation or compensation.

Force majeure

The responsibility of Web-Creation cannot be implicated in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control.

Changes to the present contract

Contract duration and termination

The present contract is concluded for an indeterminate period of use beginning with the User's first use of the Service.

Applicable laws and jurisdiction

The rules governing the content and transmission of data on and around this site are determined by French law. In cases of dispute which cannot be resolved amicably, only the French tribunals under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals of Paris have jurisdiction.
